
The Hotel Palace Marquess of the Gomera, is opened in March of the 2001, in which it was a family house of which there are written references of S. XV, house with mill and stables, pertaining to the Marquesses of Tamayo House. In 1817 the title of Marquess of the Gomera is granted to them, by order of Fernando VII until total Spanish civil war in which the Marquesses leave the city of Osuna. The building for restaurant is rehabilitated 'La House of the Marqués' , of kitchen Andalusian, of season, of high elaboration and Spit 'El Spit of the Palacio' with meats elaborated in firewood furnace. At the moment the spit is opened in the nights of summer, in the gardens of the palace outdoors and after reforms in the gardens and later preparation that will begin in January of the 2004, we have predicted to open it throughout all the year.
